I am a freelance writer and editor, following a successful career as a newspaperman.
I am a freelance writer and editor with three children. In my newspaper career, I was a sportswriter, political writer, theater and book critic, copy editor in business, news and features. I've also designed pages. A graduate of LSU in English, I have also attended the Sewanee Writers Conference, the Indiana Writers Conference and the Atlantic Center of the Arts. I am married to Dr. Anne-Marie Meehan, a clinical psychologist.
